Legal Status
The 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp with delta-9 THC at or below 0.3% dry weight. It did not legalize delta-8, HHC, or THC-O in plain terms. Several states have banned those compounds. Federal enforcement of the Analogue Act remains a factor for synthetics. Check your state list before you order.
