Check three items before you pay

Grade decides the price

THC percentage is one number, not the answer

If the product fails
Keep the label, receipt, and batch number. Most licensed shops accept returns or exchanges on defective flower. State regulators run complaint forms for mold, mildew, or missing test data. File the report with the batch number so the agency can trace the lot.
